Terms & Conditions

The terms you agree to when you use this site, book a class or buy from our shop.

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms set out the agreement between you and Mommyverse Hub when you use mommyverse.digital, book a class, join our community or buy from our shop. Please read them before you order. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. About us

mommyverse.digital is owned and operated by Mommyverse Hub, a business registered in Malaysia under registration no. LA0086626-D.

Address: 25, Jalan Kosas 2/4, Taman Kosas, 68000 Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia
Email: hello@mommyverse.digital

In these terms, we, us, our and Mommyverse mean Mommyverse Hub, and you means the person using the site or buying from us.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website, booking a class, joining our community or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

3. What we offer

Canva and digital skills classes, taught online and in person
Workshops and sessions for groups, schools, companies and community organisations
Digital products such as guides, templates, checklists and ebooks
A community space and a library of free resources

What we offer changes over time. The description on the relevant page or product listing at the time you order is what applies to your booking.

4. Who can use Mommyverse

You must be at least 18 to buy from us or book a class in your own name. If you are booking for a child, you must be their parent or guardian, and you are responsible for the booking and for the details you give us. Please keep your account details accurate and your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Bookings and orders

An order or booking is a request until we confirm it. The contract between us is formed when we send you a confirmation email
If a class is full, has been cancelled, or was listed at the wrong price, we may decline the order and refund you in full
A class place is for the named participant and cannot be transferred to someone else without our agreement
Some classes need a minimum number of participants. If we do not reach it, we will offer you another date or a full refund

6. Prices and payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We do not currently add sales and service tax; if that changes we will show it clearly before you pay
Payment is due in full when you book, unless we have agreed something else with you in writing
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own limits or charges
We may change our prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed

7. Digital products and class materials

When you buy a digital product or join a class, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning and your own business
You may not resell, share, republish or distribute our materials, or use them to run your own paid class or product, without our written permission
Designs you create yourself, and the skills you learn, are yours to use freely in your own work
Download links can expire. Email us and we will reissue yours

8. Attendance, rescheduling and no-shows

If you need to move to another date, tell us at least 7 days before the class. We will move you to the next available session at no charge, subject to space
With less than 7 days notice we may not be able to move you, and the fee may not be refundable
If you do not turn up and have not told us, the fee is not refundable
If we have to change the date, time or format of a class, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund

9. Refunds and cancellations

Digital products are not refundable once the download has been sent, because they are delivered immediately
For classes, you can cancel for a full refund if you tell us at least 7 days before the class begins
Cancelling with less than 7 days notice, or after a class or programme has started, is not refundable. We will always look at a genuine emergency case by case
If we cancel a class and cannot offer you a date that works for you, you get a full refund
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, normally within 14 working days
None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 if something we sold you is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose

10. Results and earnings

Mommyverse teaches digital skills and shares ways to earn from them. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will earn money, find clients, grow an audience or reach any particular result. What you achieve depends on your own effort, skills, time, market and circumstances. Any figures, examples or member stories we share are illustrations of what is possible, not promises of what you will earn.

11. Not professional advice

Our classes, guides and resources are general education. They are not financial, legal, tax, business or medical advice, and they do not take your personal circumstances into account. Please speak to a qualified professional before making an important decision.

12. Third-party tools

Our classes use tools made by other companies, including Canva. You need your own account with those tools, you are responsible for any fees they charge, and you must follow their terms. We are not responsible if a third-party tool changes, raises its prices, becomes unavailable, or loses your work.

13. Community rules

Our community exists so that mothers can learn and support each other. When you take part, you agree to:

Be respectful. No harassment, abuse, hate speech or discrimination of any kind
Keep it honest. No spam, no scams, no multi-level marketing recruitment, and no misleading income claims
Respect privacy. Do not share another member's details, messages or photos outside the group
Respect copyright. Do not share our paid materials, or anyone else's work, without permission

We may remove content, or remove a member, for breaking these rules. Where we remove someone for a serious or repeated breach, we are not obliged to give a refund.

14. Content you share with us

If you post, send or upload anything to us, such as a comment, a review, a photo or a design, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it to run and promote Mommyverse, including on this website and our social media, and you confirm that you have the right to give us that permission. If you would like something you shared to be taken down, tell us and we will remove it where we reasonably can.

15. Our content

Everything on this website, including the text, images, logos, slides, templates, guides and the Mommyverse name, belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You are welcome to read our pages and share links to them. You may not copy, adapt, republish or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

16. Using the site properly

Please do not try to break into the site, scrape it, overload it, upload malicious code, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or withdraw your access if you do.

17. Availability of the site

We do our best to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including a class or a product, at any time.

18. Our responsibility to you

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost income, lost data, or loss caused by something outside our reasonable control. Where we are found liable, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the class, product or service the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

19. Your responsibility to us

If we suffer a loss or face a claim because you broke these terms or used Mommyverse unlawfully, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result from it.

20. Links to other websites

We link to other websites and sometimes recommend tools we use ourselves. We are not responsible for their content, their products or their terms. If a link ever earns us a commission, we will say so on the page.

21. Privacy

How we collect and handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Read our Privacy Policy

22. Ending your use of Mommyverse

You can stop using the site, close your shop account or unsubscribe from our emails at any time. We may suspend or end your access, your community membership or your account if you break these terms, with a refund only where section 9 says one is due.

23. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order or book a class is the version that applies to it, so please check back before ordering again. We will update the date shown at the top whenever we make a change.

24. If something goes wrong

Please email hello@mommyverse.digital first and tell us what happened. Most things are sorted out quickly that way, and we would much rather fix a problem than argue about it.

25. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
